​The Carter Bonas Story 
Spectrum Golf was founded by 10-year-old Carter Bonas in 2021 with a mission to offer comfortable, high-quality golf apparel and accessories. The brand is dedicated to raising awareness about Autism, empowering individuals to embrace their differences and take control of their emotions, lives, and personal stories.

Why the Name "Spectrum Golf"?
"I was diagnosed with autism before I turned one year old. My entire life, people have told me I’m high on the spectrum—'high functioning.'
Even though I fall on the high-functioning side of the autism spectrum, that didn’t stop other kids from bullying, teasing, or calling me mean names.
For many years in elementary school, I struggled because I was seen as 'special.' But with the help of my mom, coach, mentors  and my therapist, I learned to manage my emotions and behaviors. It’s still a journey, and I work hard at it every day.
Yes, I am special. Yes, I am different. And that’s OK.
I’ve learned to embrace my uniqueness, and that’s what makes me who I am."

I started Spectrum Golf because I wanted to create something that combined my love for golf with a deeper purpose. As someone with Autism, I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges of feeling different, and I wanted to build a brand that not only offers great golf apparel but also raises awareness and empowers others to embrace their uniqueness. Spectrum Golf is about more than clothing—it's about showing that our differences make us stronger and that we can write our own stories, both on and off the golf course.
